Tommy Hill and Michael Laverty have both refused to confirm or deny their involvement in a possible Relentless Suzuki dream team for the 2011 British Superbike season.
Irishman Laverty says he is in advanced talks with the Suzuki GB-backed squad for next year and will fly to Ireland in the next few days for further talks with Phillip Neill while Hill is more circumspect about the whole thing.
"I&undefined;m going to Ireland shortly to talk to Phillip. I am pretty confident about 2011 with Relentless but of course nothing is ever certain. I want to remain with them as we had an awesome year in 2010 and I think we are title contenders next season," said Laverty, speaking to bikesportnews.com this evening.
Hill, meanwhile, has been slippery on the subject of his 2011 but said to us earlier today: "I&undefined;m in talks with various teams, a few of which are in different championships, but ideally I want to remain in British Superbikes with a team I have the confidence in.
"I came so close this year, and it all was lost in one race, up until then I had a fantastic year. I learned a lot this season and I really want to progress for 2011."
